• Most in-stock orders are prepared and processed within 1 business day.
• Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
• Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

All orders are dispatched from within the United States.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete. IsoPure Peptide is not responsible for:

• Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
• Carrier-related delays, interruptions, or service disruptions

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, any additional reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
